Anita’s passion for consulting change management on a personal and organizational level, resulted in Anita’s role as President of Creative Impact of the Group Creative Society, a Spanish company specialized in dialogue facilitation and the creation of spaces for reflection.
Her experience in strategy consulting and management demonstrated her the transformational power and sustainable impact achieved through co-creation with clients using innovative and inclusive workshop methods accompanied by individual Coaching.
Merging her interests in making sustainable development reality and supporting young entrepreneurs made her be part of the founding team of The Hub Madrid, the first center for social innovation promoting the creation of social enterprises in Spain.
In Spain she is co-creating a community for organizational learning based on the principles of the Society for Organizational Learning and has participated in global conferences in Austria, Oman, and France.
She is realizing a Master in Team Coaching by Team Academy Finland, an innovative university specialized in Entrepreneurship and Leadership through team dialogue.
