If I have to define myself I should say: I’m a musiconomist. Indeed, my background is from both worlds: the one that comes from the instrument I’ve played professionally since I was 13 years old -the piano- and music composition, and the one related to economics, business, management and organizational behaviour.

As an economist and strategic consultant I have worked in both Private and Public Sector, including the European Commission in Brussels, multinational companies, family-run businesses, start-ups, as well as web-based companies, achieving nearly 20 years of expertise throughout Latin America, Europe and China. That is: I helped to create, deliver and capture value within and for all these different kind of organizational structures and business models.

Convinced that success in business –and life in general- depends upon attitude and how one thinks, two years ago I started to study, train and work as a professional Coach. This was useful initially for myself but above all to appreciate the power of relationships, such a necessary means to change and achieve a better world. Certainly, the world is changing, and the ‘2.0 World’ is growing rapidly. The Hubs are an example of that. But there is still a gap with the economic reality that rules the real world: we still live in an economy formed by producers (goods, services, education...) and consumers. It is needed to enforce the 2.0 World acceleration to increase the real world value.

Facing this new decade I’m helping 2.0 entrepreneurs to ‘fill this gap‘, to convert their ideas and projects into concrete, shaped and well managed plans, strategic and business plans, organizational development and drives to achieve their goals, through three different tools: Consultancy (I do it for you), Mentoring (I guide you), Coaching (you get traction on your own performance as entrepreneur).
