My aim is to transform ideas into solutions. I'm Creativity Coach and Fousight Advanced Trainer, I'm also innovation advisor, writer and professor of creative methodology at University of Milan, I lead creativity and communication laboratories and manage customized training for companies. My passion is to lead the change whether in the processes and the products, or in people, of course. I began my activity in the economic planning in an important international company, and I continued in an design agency where I met product innovation and creativity, I continued as an adviser assisting new companies during their innovative start-up. I have founded eticrea, a consultant company in innovation and creativity, a lively structure which enjoys engaging in organizational improvement, in strategic innovation and in personal development using the experiental training, personal coaching and laboratories of creativity. For this challenge I built a new creative approach, the Creative Solution Finding.
